The phone responds to notification through movement.An electromagnet in the base of the phone allows weight to be shifted which causes the phones to stand up when receiving a call.To dismiss a call, the user can simply give the phone a gentle tap, causing it to fall down again and return to the stand mode.
It's an interesting concept that could be useful...
